The Xiaoshan District Converged Media Center in Hangzhou City is the first county-level converged media center in the Hangzhou region and also the first converged media center in China to integrate all platforms. The overall framework of the Xiaoshan District Converged Media Center can be summarized as "One Core, Two Wings, Nine Platforms, and Thousands of Points." Among them, "One Core" refers to the Xiaoshan District Converged Media Command Center; "Two Wings" refers to the two major mainstream media outlets, Xiaoshan Daily and Xiaoshan Radio and Television Station; "Nine Platforms" refers to nine major publishing platforms and portals including Xiaoshan Daily, Xiaoshan Radio Station, Xiaoshan Television Station, Xiaoshan Release, Xiaoshan Network, and Smart Xiaoshan; "Thousands of Points" refers to the secondary publishing portals of the above-mentioned publishing platforms, approximately one thousand, mainly including multiple Weibo and WeChat platforms affiliated with Xiaoshan Daily, Xiaoshan Radio and Television Station, and Xiaoshan Network, as well as websites, Weibo, and WeChat accounts of various towns, streets, and departments at the district level.

This renovation project covers an area of approximately 210 square meters, mainly including five recording studios, one comprehensive boutique recording studio, four equipment rack rooms, one audio editing room, and one equipment storage room, primarily meeting functional usage requirements. The radio station professional technical rooms include acoustic decoration for recording studios and control rooms. The comprehensive boutique recording studio is mainly used for music recording, which must consider both the spatial form requirements for music recording and the comfort, safety, and decorative effects of the working environment, thereby ensuring that participants can produce the best programs in a safe, comfortable, and pleasant working environment.

This project mainly involves special acoustic decoration for recording studios. The comprehensive boutique recording studio primarily meets the functional requirements for music recording. The recording studio sound quality requirements include clear speech and high intelligibility, followed by fullness. All areas indoors should have appropriate loudness and uniformity. No position within the recording studio should exhibit acoustic defects such as echoes and sound focusing, and there should be no interference from external environmental noise. The arrangement of acoustic absorption materials should adopt a uniform distribution approach, which is conducive to sound field diffusion and maintains sound field non-uniformity within an appropriate range.
